DRM as the only House Keeper

What I find at Tatanagar Junction, it is always DRM who inspects the station premises for housekeeping. Is it proper use of such a senior persons time? Why does not he delegate? And, as Sikha told there will always be a fleet of railway staff at his back and call while doing the round...like in olden days, the kings might have moved. more

There is no use of inspecting by making a big announcement and taking a huge fleet. If the DRM or any senior officer really want to know the exact status then they should travel along without any intimation. But these senior gentlemen do more showoff rather then real work. They all want to show their importance and power !!!!! more
Agar anupam saha ke hisab se paise bachain to her train late ho jai or collide bhi ho sakti hai. Railway has the biggest staff nearlym 15 lacs to itne staff ko kya kewal DRM sambhalenge more
Unfortunately we still do not have the THE DRM with right mindset of public service .They need to change their ATTITUDE and the rest everything will follow.Hope new Govt will be able to change their attitude.... more
Dear Boarders I came to know through an mail by shikha jain about DRM reply sent , Now it is stupendious to interfair his workings here are many points which common man do not think like Aju Mukhopadhayay G . Firstly one can be told on the spot with proof in front of them/ him, They/ he can not deny. In office if he can say sir u are wrong and sir can not do anything against him. secondly shikha jain has written about a tonnes of official means a thousand official which is not practicalbecause a full traion to be booked then. So i ignore this kind of common thoughts without understanding administrative work. It looks like a DRM who just want to improve some system errors u r restraining him by doing so. Why? Think 10 times and reply me ... APost of ?DRM how can one be a DRM. HOW do u do.. Finally critisism is easy work is tough. more
Thought the actual purpose of the DRM's visits to bring improvement in the Railways' functioning and make train journey better, his movements with fleet of officials/staff members only indicate that he is filling up the gaps. more
