Though the Indian Government departments some times Seize imported Drugs and even though the Drug Menace caused for
increased social evils like Pub and Farmhouse Events culture , Women disasters etc., there has been no control in deed at ground level .
This Circle had necessary Posts for discussions both in 2015 and the last year , but , no strong regulations have been set yet .
The Supreme Court also had suggested for a detailed study on the Students at University level concerning the issues of Children in India during the recent two decades .
This has resulted in a committed vigilance by the Police Authorities and in Hyderabad City , Telangana State as well as the A.P. State , the Police found Teams Businessing with Students using the imported Drugs .
1. Foreigners were found and caught with high costly Drugs set for Businessing in the Nation .
2. Some Movie Sector Personnel also were found to have been in frequent contact with these Drug Mafia . [ There were occasions where some junior artists , Celebrities were found in Events at Farm Houses , etc., places ]
3. Some Software Corporate Companies also found to have been in such contact with this Mafia gangsters . [ last 3 years the country faced many Women menaces with the Cabs , Cars & Running Buses ]
4. Some Corporate Colleges were also involved in usage of Drugs . [ We observed many Ragging Cases , Suicides , Acid Attacks etc., etc., AND HIGH COURTS ; SUPREME COURT ALSO BECAME SERIOUS and advised for Controls ]
5. Astonishingly , even Some Schools run by Corporate Sector are also involved in usage of Drugs . THIS IS INDEED SUCH A SERIOUS ISSUE AND ALL CONNECTED SHALL BE SO PUNISHED IN PUBLIC .
Challengingly , as observed in the T.V. Channel Debate ;
A. One suggested arrest and stringent punishment to those doing Business with Drugs Mafia .
B. One suggested for arrest and punish those longstanding users since they destroyed the Society and Children of growth .
C. One suggested that none is to be imprisoned but to Control the availability of Drugs even through such Smuggling since this is a matter of Society altogether .
D. One commentator commented that Drug consumption is a personal issue and is it that Serious and Dangerous ? .
As we had already shared our opinions in the old Posts , It is requested to comment on the present Stage and Status of Drug Mafia and its Support in the Country since the International Drug Mafia Gangster also is involved in the racket and presently under arrest by Hyderabad Abkari Police .
WE HAVE ALSO TO THINK DEEPLY SINCE THE POLICE OFFICER LOOKING AFTER THIS PRESENT ISSUE OF DRUGGING was also warned over Phone about his Family .

Appears so . Today Telangana State Government proposed cancellation of Driving Licence if any one cross the allowed limit of 12 points rating 2 points for Junction Crossing at Red Signal ; and 5 points if found Drunken while on Driving within a period of any 24 months .
This will reduce twofold calamities . Prime is the Accidents to the self while reduce accidents to the co-Citizen and loss to Insurance Companies .
The another is the most important issue of Liquor menace being faced by Women and Child in the Society since the dosage of Drunken will go on with limits that do not provoke / incite / and instigate naturally hidden Sexual desire .

Drugs are classifies mainly into 2 categories ; one Legal Drugs , the other Illegal Drugs . Illegal drugs are the ones mentioned by Mr. Sharma . LEGAL DRUGS : are the ones which have the permission to be marketed by Government as well as private players. They are Alcohol related ones , Tobacco and medicines that contain derivatives from Heroin [the pain killer injections , caugh syrup etc]and Ganja . Heroin, is prepared from the plant opium poppy prescribed as a strong pain medication in the United Kingdom, where it is given via subcutaneous, intramuscular, intrathecal or intravenously. Its use includes treatment for acute pain, such as in severe physical trauma, myocardial infarction, post-surgical pain, and chronic pain, including end-stage cancer and other terminal illnesses. Ganja called Cannabis sativa / indica seeds are chiefly used to make hempseed oil which can be used for cooking, lamps, lacquers or paints. The flowers contain psychoactive chemical compounds known as cannabinoids that are consumed for recreational, medicinal and spiritual purposes. Historically, tinctures, teas and ointments have also been common preparations. In traditional medicine of India in particular has been used as hallucinogenic, hypnotic, sedative, analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent. The use of those intoxicating or Dozing Drugs increasingly creating Women Menace while these are ruining the Skills and Expertise of the individuals those targetted . Thus when these are anti Social in one way and anti-national in another way , THERE IS THE NECESSITY TO DERIVE THE BEST SUITABLE OPTION TO ARREST SUCH .

A Run with Social and Government Personalities is conducted in Hyderabad calling awareness on the ILLS OF DRUG USAGE . A strict Code and Regulation is also required in this issue to safeguard the Society from out of the rights and liberties of individuals and businesses crowned under article 19 . Unless this is done , we cannot expect any ground Safety . more

The Rights Crowned through article 19 and 21 SHALL NOT OVER-RIDE in these issues of Dozing Drugs and Alcoholic Liquor since it is the question of Society as a hole and is against the Culture and Heritage of the Nation as placed in the Constitution . Due to the ills and Evils in the Society especially on Women , Child and Students upon S.C. directions governments had banned supply of Medicines those create dozynes and sleeping mood about 5 years back .Resultantly Medicines like ZOLDAC 0.25 ; ZOPICON 7.5 WERE STOPPED IN SUPPLY . These are the Medicines prescribed by Doctor to me in the treatment of effects from prolapse and regurgitation of 3 Valves in heart and , an identified Nerves Functioning . While the Governments do not allow the Medicines those prescribed by Doctors at the incidence of Healthcare ; HOW THE GOVERNMENTS CANNOT / SHALL NOT BAN the dangerous imported Dozy Drugs is the issue to be notified since some Commentators are challenging the issue of such Drugs . The intoxication from Alcoholic Liquor IS NOT SO DANGEROUS THAN THESES DOZING DRUGS WHICH HAVE BEEN MOSTLY USED FOR IN SEXUAL CAMPAIGNS WITH THOSE OTHER THAN THE VERY WIFE . These Dozing Drugs long last keeping nerves mum an inactive while the LIQUOR IS NOT SUCH DANGEROUS ISSUE ON THE CONDUCT OF SOCIETY / WOMEN and the use of Liquor is easily recognizable for taking precaution / resort / retort .
