DTC buses Drivers are not obeying traffic rules

- this is happening not only in Chattarpur but every where in Delhi. Reason being most of the direvers have been hired by DTC who were employed by blueline & redline buses owners and banned from running on Delhi Roads, on contact basis who can not change themselves as all of them have became now habitual of not bothering passengers/others more

Agreed Mr. Baloni. However, bikers and car owners happen to be the most responsible ones for holding traffic to ransom. They just do not seem to obey any traffic rule. They are the ones who happen to be seem to be yearning to get ahead of all at any cost. The auto-drivers, Gramin seva drivers and e-Rickshaw drivers only compound the problem. It is because of these that driving through Delhi roads is getting more and more nightmarish, day by day. more
You are right . Driver's verification and eyesight test also be made regularly. more
Bus & Truck Driving licenses should be issued to only at least 10 th Pass who understand at least 1 local Language & English. The Drivers need to be counselled regularly & mandatorily to keep their Nerves Cool and make their approach towards other road users , pedestrians & Cyclists more Humane. Their Medicals should be Regular, thorough and free as their physical well being is directly related to their performance on the Road & Vice Versa. They should also be made aware about and responsible towards Pollution and vehicle fitness aspects of their vehicles also Besides being properly monitored by relevant authorities and strict penalties imposed for non compliance as these are a safety & health hazard otherwise. Besides Vehicle fitness, Cleanliness and looks also impact the overall city aesthetics and having neat and clean buses, streets and roads will have an overall positive impact on the public in General and the Tourists in Particular. The Private & Government Vehicle users should also support for creating a disciplined traffic on road and lead by example as they are better educated and responsible. We should all strive towards development of a Safe and Reliable Public Transport Infrastructure and its proper maintenance. more
No doubt you are right more
I will like to suggest that our Traffic controlling authorities should order to blacken half of the upper portion of their vehicles had lights so that drivers coming from the otherside could see the traffic properly otherwise full beam lights creats all most blindness and give lot of problems to Drivers coming from the opposite side. more
