DTC buses drivers..............
It would be suggestible that the traffic controlling authorities should ban driving vehicles on high beam in the night. Low beam does not affect the driver of the vehicle coming from opposite side. In NCR more than 80% vehicle runs on high beam in nights resulting 20% increase in road accidents. more
