Adulteration in Cows milk.
Ever since the milk supply to home by persons maintaining cows had stoped, and Govt set up Public Sector Undertakings to procure milk from village farmers maintaining cows and supplying milk after processing in the machines adulterations have crept in gradually. The milk processing units have started adulteration by removing healthy fats and in the name of pasteurisation, they added milk powders purchased from open market in cheap rate and adulterating the milk they supply. There was GOI analytical report that made the study of milk supplied in Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu etc, has showed that Tamilnadu AVIN Milk is adulterated and it Govt of Tamilnadu to investigate and make remedy. However, the Govt of Tamilnadu just defended its position and continued to sell same quality of milk. Coming to the point it is seen on the every day dining table that the curd made out of this AVIN milk is worst and when a spoon of curd is curd is taken from the vessel slimy material is following the top normal curd. Many people have stoped buying this milk and changed to other private company milk. The Govt.of India must stepin and see that the AVIN milk adulteration is stoped forthwith and good pure milk is supplied by it to the people of Chennai. more

please circulate the findings through social media to as many people as possible world wide to put huge pressure on GOI, State Govt and local bodies associated with milk production to take action to cleanse the system. more

Apart from complaints to FDA, you can lodge private complaints as well. Some one has to take initiative. So to lead the masses, if it permit your person. more

It is a fact that with the introduction of milk federation the standard of Milk has not improved and Milk is found to be adulterated. Rates have increased but the standard of Milk has not improved. It is a serious matter and should be looked into. more
