Dustbins and Toilet Stink in Trains

I do share the views of Mr.S.C.Gupta & request the Railway authority to provide adequate numbers of dustbins on each compartment of train and proper cleaning of toilets on each Junction Station and also put a Tag on each toilet to use flash before & after use at least in three languages.
Regards.

Maintenance of toilets is not done by Railways uniformly. Let them declare the stations where such activities will be undertaken in a given route. Let the name, designation, mobile numbers of the officers be declared, who will be responsible to arrange cleaning up the toilets. We cannot educate everybody overnight about need to maintain cleanliness. The Railway has to do its part first religiously instead of giving lip service and making a mockery of Modi's switch bharat program. My recent experience in rail travel has confirmed that adequate care is not being undertaken in this respect. It is surprising considering that the metro stations in Indian cities are clean but there are no toilets there. more
Bio toilets are being installed in many stations, especially suburban electric train stations. These are being done spending huge sums. However, no amount seem to be spent on their may maintenance. From the very next day onwards, these toilets go without water and you may guess the state of these toilets. Somebody has to reply to this state of affairs. swatch Bharath spoilers are out there. Just watch out for them and hold them responsible. more
