Dy. Registrar of coop. Soc.
Only 5% works. 95% do not work. I had also complained to Dy. Registrar, co-op. Soc., but except for forwarding copy of my letters to society, no action has been initiated. I understand that their representative has collected some money from the society and the letters filed. No hearing from any side and no re is absolutely no use. Everything looks good on paper but in actuality, nothing concrete happens. No one bothers of anything, working of society, implementation of rules etc. more

The Worst part is to Protection of Illegal acts and activities by intentional and deliberate negligence's, in-spite personal visits, reminders, complaints. Moreover there is No alternate remedial measures available. As against this, any of illegal acts and activities required to be initiated the same personnel's acts so swiftly to astonish the total acts and activities. A simple example is the statutory Compliance s requited to be complied by the Management - which are NOT complied - wherein the Actions initiated against few swiftly and drastically, whereas thous societies who Obey the DEMANDS will be speared for Years together. That is WHY the total Dept is in doldrums - be it Co-op. Banks or Co-op. societies more

The problem with cooperative societies is that it is based on a socialistic model. In most societies, office bearers do honorary work. Besides this, many do not have knowledge of the laws. This is the root of the problem. The basics need to be fixed with a sustainable model. Otherwise imposition of law serves no purpose. This is like fining people for wrongful parking without making arrangements for adequate parking space. Punitive action should be by exception. more
