Hon'ble Supreme Court in October 2020 ordered all airlines and travel agents to give Full Refund Immediately.
Easemytrip has done a 'Refund' with my bank a/c details from which I made the payment but put the name of the passenger as account holder!
Easemytrip emails and Twitter response is - Refund only to the corresponding passenger's Bank account only. The passenger did not make the payment, cannot claim Refund. I have written to Mr. Nishant Pitti CEO easemytrip, but the same message - Refund only to the corresponding passenger's Bank account!
Over a year has gone by. Please help to get my Airfare Refund from easemytrip. more

I am also making huge effort since Nov'21 to get the refund airlines already sent to them promptly. more

can't we approach conumer court for cheating and deficiency in service and also not following court order ,we can join hands and fight together this menace more

I am also been short changed by them. Together we can fight and get our dues back, surely. Mutilate them through all media forums available. more
