Reviewing post of Ms. Sharma as I had also seen the skechers ad and the fact that it said tech-connect retail pvt ltd and another company was selling them.
I suggest a detailed investigation on this with focus on flipkart and myntra's association with these entitie. There is a high likelihood there is an interest between the two which may mean flipkart and myntra are knowingly selling counterfeit or fake products as that is a large portion of their revenue.
I am not alleging but suspecting. An investigation is needed and facts brought out in open. If any company is doing this that is knowingly selling fake products than there should be criminal charges against them. more
