Such non compliant sellers and their products including their own entities if the mrp and expiry date is not disclosed.

Completely boycott the eCommerce companies and let them get closed. If you can, you may come forward, gather all the complaint against these companies and make a movement against them asking people for complete boycott of all eCommerce companies. Other companies, who are engaged in such bluffing business will also take lessons from such movements. It is time now for the common men to come forward and make mass movements against all those engaged in making wealth by bluffing and cheating people. It is nothing but wasting of time to expect that the government will come down with heavy hands on the groups of these entities/people and the interests of the common men will be protected. WE have already lost the precious time of long 70 years waiting for the government to move. more

The problem is in our judiciary. No common person ever goes to the judiciary because of time and cost over run and that it can be influenced by the higher and mighty. MNCs and big corporates well aware of that and screw up the hapless public. more

this is a standard practice all the line portals follow , the authorities go after small vendors and fine them as it is easier for book , most weight and measures staff book , medium size shops , they just look for easy prey more

can you please update the list on which MRP & expiry date is not mentioned so that the same products would be order from e-commerce company and then file complaint in consumer forum. more
