ecommerce platforms rules

today there is news report saying google will be rolling out its global ecommerce plans from India and will launch its ecommerce platform around diwali. i feel the discussion on ecommerce issues has happened in this circle but it really needs to be broad and cover all kinds of platforms who are used to buy and sell over internet. following should be covered
1) marketplace like amazon flipkart snapdeal
2) travel sites makemytrip expedia yatra
3) food sites apps like Zomato swiggy, discussion was done recently
4) taxi operators ola uber
5) medicine suppliers
6) app suppliers google apple
7) service providers providing apps plumber carpenter
8) hotel ecommerce like airbnb oyo
9) facebook, whatsapp where people sell all kinds of stuff
10) wallet companies like paytm mobikwik
11) airline sites who sell tickets
12) irctc that sells railway tix, so what if its govt operated
13) online insurance sellers

now u all add to this list but i feel if there is no rulebook these folks will keep taking consumer for rides

hope department officials are actively listening and will act also. more
