I think there is a dedicated web-site to lodge all GST related complaints. It would be better to lodge your complaints with them instead of wasting time here. more

File your grievances with online e-commerce retailer and then approach consumer forum. This the only remedy left with the public to overcome such unfair trade practices more

Folks, first of all, why the hell you all feel so lazy to visit your nearest (grocery) supermarket and get your purchases done with your eyes wide open on every MRP price factor? In case of any discrepancy you can always take up the matter immediately with the outlet Manager or Supervisor or the shop owner and and get it resolved. It is in your OWN INTEREST that you STOP patronizing ONLINERS like Amazon and others who are nothing but day-light thugs and robbers. Boycott them and see how these scoundrels reform themselves. Simply writing here and there about your bitter experiences against X or Y or Z will lead you to nowhere. This is India - one of the most corrupt countries in the world. more

You can file complaint without the services of lawyers and the fees is just Rs 100/- for damages up to one lakh rupee in consumer forum. It is very simple but requires some patience to get justice to put break on unfair trade practices failing which such practices will be out of control from consumer as government departments are not going to take action.

Yes, that is the ONLY option you have. But to utilise that you must also have all the time in the world and the money to spend towards court fees, lawyer fees, bribe and God alone knows what not besides indefinite time to get justice for yourself. The world knows how the INDIAN systems work. Pathetic. more

it is the right of consumer to purchase from any where whether it near by shop, malls or online but there are prevailing laws for welfare of consumer and consumer has every right to approach the court of law in case there is any unfair trade practices more
