I believe, High quality primary Education to all is most important than discussing other areas. The reason for all the shortfalls of this country is bigger percentage is uneducated. There is a good network of government schools, what it needs an upgrade and good teachers. This should be first step in development. Only when our population is educated, they learn to empathise and this lead to prosperity and growth. more
