In Pune auto's hardly ply on meters and charge exorbitant money for smaller distances of 5-6 km more

Totally ineffective, schools are taking donation for nursary admission as per old practice, corruption in govt. offices is the same.In Panvel and Kharghar autos do not run on meter fare, RTO & POLICE personell are there, but unable to con trol them. For these rowdy autowallas there is no government in the area. Definitely they must be having political support on their bavk. more
