Efficiency of refunds - Need better cust. service
Here are some questions:
1. Why do you need almost six months to verify a TDR claim and refund ? with everything becoming computerized, why cannot it be done within a reasonable period of time ?
2. Why does the support request from IRCTC go unanswered ?
Dynamic fare is okay, and talks of better service is still good, but on ground what is being done to improve such instances and save a genuine fare paying passenger from hassles ? more
