Market isnt taking it as positive from government. Maybe considering another 20LakhCrore jumla which failed. Would be better if RBI sells some overseas assets and put special loans to industries with one to two years interest free and installments running upto FIVE years. This could solve the cash crunch and let industries pick up from 1.5yrs back position. Loan could be 10%-30% of annual opex of a company. more

Well appreciated Step. Next - a register of Retailers and Wholesale traders must be created by survey using the MBA Interns in all class-I, Class-II and Class - III cities as well as in Villages. The 2.5 crore figure is highly wrong. Moreover, these retailers keep on vanishing after 3-6 months when they loose money in Business and can not pay rents. A Business has every right to close if it is not profitable. Regulations, Compliance and Returns will be further burdens to these retailers, though it is beneficial in the long run. Govt and administrative help is required to do these job instead of forcing them and asking for Bribe if not done. When will Administration understand that small companies need hand holding not Lending always. Approving Lending opens flood gate for corruptions. more
