EKART EXECUTIVE (FILPKART EXCHANGE HOAX)
MY EXCHANGE PICKUP FAILED FOR 3 REASONS.
1ST- I MADE A COMPLAINT ON SOCIAL MEDIA REGARDING THE INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR OF DA. AND AN AGENT FROM FLIPKART FROM DEHLI CALLED HIM TO DELIVER AS PER SCHEDULE.
2) WHEN FRONT BACK, SPEAKERS, ON/OFF, CALL QUALITY EVERYTHING WAS FOUND SATISFACTORY, DA REJECTED TO PICKUP BECAUSE MY "MESSAGE " SCREEN WAS NOT BRIGHT ENOUGH.
EKART Wants every customer to was their screens with surf excel, ariel or tide i think...or they want you to purchase a phone from store in front of them to exchange the same so that they are 100% sure that flipkart will not reject the exchanged product.
3) EKART AGENTS EVEN STARTED ARUGING THAT HE IS NOT TAKING 1% RISK FROM FLIPKART AS HIS SALARY IS 9000/- AND FLIPKART EXCHANGE IS SIMPLY IF NOT JOKE....MORE OF A HOAX.
First question he asked me is how much amount I am getting for the exchange...I think based on this only his calculation works...whether to take the mobile or not.....so that EKART IS PLAYING RISK FREE...ZERO LIABILITY....ZERO RISK.....Good for EKART....Bad for flipkart customers and flipkart as well (only if flipkart values customers) more

The mobile I wanted to exchange was also brought from flipkart only.....forget verification, All he did is kept complaining that he only gets 9000/- salary and started yelling about his past encounters where he needed to pay from his salary, when exchanged mobile was not accepted by flipkart, And kept arguing that he is on his own, neither flipkart, nor Ekart helped him in past and his salary was cut. And #flipkart calls him #wishmaster ? Quite contradicting....to me, he seemed to be an underpaid and someone who is not satisfied with his job.....He even started telling that he has not eaten food from the morning and delivering products since morning and why I complained for the late delivery earlier as An flipkart agent called him to deliver as per schedule as he was not In a mood to deliver today..... I now understood why he refused the exchange....because for him exchange product is just a RISK he do not want to take...no matter how good condition the mobile has....no matter how much trouble the FLIPKART customer is facing.... more
