There should a mechanism to check and if found suitable file a FIR against political parties who are unable to full fill promises made by them in there Manifesto. The President and whole executive of that political party should be banned to contest election . more

Let the verbal diarrhoea of politicians be controlled by this law if made then will be careful before making statement on behalf of the party. more
We the common people, are deliberately divided on caste, religion, region, language and gender in India by the politicians to misrule India with a clear and conspicuous vested interests irrespective of any political parties in or out of power. These parties have been playing a match fixing game sharing the booty in a set proportion ultimately fooling the public. The print and electronic news media play a second fiddle to these political parties and make business for their self gain. This is what is happening since independence with no respite as evident from bifurcation of India using religion as the basis to divide the people. The culture of fence grazing the crop is ingrained in politics of India. Ideally speaking, there should be a law to recall the politicians in power on their failure to implement the poll promises made during the elections in their election manifestos as also suggested by Shri Jayaprakash Narayan during his historic times when late Smt. Indira Gandhi declared emergency in the country, gagged press and jailed several politicians who opposed to her party. Therefore, you can not expect a fence like politicians to enact a law to recall them on their failure to fulfill their election promises nor you can punish them in absence of any legal provisions. This is the current status. Now please comment and suggest what to do to salvage India, the most ancient, historic, cultural and economic superpower by virtue of their resources in the world. The answer lies in our strength and will power not to be vulnerable and susceptible to the said five elements of division of people of India. Can we accomplish this stupendous task to serve India, the Mother Land? more
The political parties diversified the confined system of political democracy explained by Dr. Ambedkar to the constituent Assembly in 1949 before it is adopted. They even totally challenged the issue of citizen empowerment through mandate of Vote that can replce the ruling party that ignored the Constitutional guarantees.
Adversely, the political parties formulated a nexus in Ruling of the Country against the verdict of 'One Man One Vote' construed by Dr. Ambedkar .
The Political Power thirst and hunger principally set their goal in achieving the ruling power even depriving and defying the Citizen Voting majority colluding at set nexus to share the Rule in the Country by the refused, rejected and defeated Political party .

This is all against to the concept and objective of Dr. Ambedkar who convinced the Constituent Assembly staging that the Vote of the Citizen has its power to replace the ruling party from right of ruling any further which deprives the people from their fundamental right of Directive Principles of Rule and a Justified operation of Law , Order , Justice and , the Penal Procedure on those concede to Offensive and Criminal conduct .

Supreme Court now to call for the basic mandatory system and practice of Elections, replacing the Party refused , discharge of performance incidental to Rule in the Country , Accountability and Responsibility of Citizen Responsibilities and , the audit and disclosure of Party Funds under the Statutory Principles of Audit .

S.C. also to advise Election Commission to formulate comprehensive Code and Regulations for all above AND , INCREASE THE PENALTIES LISTED IN IPC Sections 171 E to 171 J and, Amending 171 A to 171 D . more
