Electric Scooter fires are daily affair

See attached this ola or okinawa. What is the responsible agency or ministry in the country Localcircles Manager should please escalate to them more

Scooter seat and other plastic items used are combustible. That explains white smoke/ fume. more
1. The Chinese Connection? There is information floating around that the batteries are made in China, And as such Chinese companies hold a stake in these EVs. A deliberate attempt at built-in obsolescence kicking in way too early? 2. Probable sabotage by by the oil-mafia to deliberately denigrate EVs by creating "accidents" and widely publicizing them to drive people away from EVs back into ICE motor vehicles to continue the dependency on oil. 3. The political angle. EVs are being strongly pushed by the Current government as a means to partial self-sufficiency in the energy sector and reduce dependence on imported oil, particularly from the OPEC and middle-east. Causing these EV scooters to malfunction, thereby undermining the efforts of the Central Government, use these incidents to vilify and destabilize the government... no prizes for guessing who may be the perpetrators. 4. Citizen usage: In which states are these happening, who are the owners, what is the usage environment of the vehicle? Were they left out in the sun? Electronic vehicles are susceptible to intense heat - Indian Summers. And we all know this year, the heat is reaching a new level, too early. An investigation (If done properly without bias) from multiple angles, can and will have interesting findings and generate equally revealing reports. more
Supreme Court has taken cognizance of these fire accidents of Electric Scooters and has specifically singled out Ola & Okinawa asking them to explain. Personally I guess the Companies are still doing R&D to enable buyers to fly using Rocket Technology. Despite the smoke bellowing out of the scooter, the take-off didn't happen because the rider got scared and left his seat. Surprising that lithium batteries are turning out to be leethal. more
