There are many things concerned when a person paid for full payment for meter still you will find meter rent on every bill, it looks like that . they have provided ,without any charge,other hefty charge elect., fuels charge and many more hidden charges to cover their corruption ,there must be a way to fight such loots more

The best pay to take information through RTI and ask about installation charges of meter and then show dhbvn their own documentary proof of installation charges.Lets come together and make life of society easy and comfortable more

Bcoz people act illitrate and dont talk to dhbvn directly. Some of the touts asked me to cough up 5-6k for changing my faulty meter which I finally managed in 1100 inr +3 half days at local DHBVN office and an online complaint. I was hard pressed for time but I did not promote agent-culture. more
