One point that is missing is how to eliminate or reduce or dispose off the harmful WIRELESS SIGNALS, RADIATIONS and WAVES that we use for communications (mobile phones, antennas, etc.). How to measure the levels of the harmful radiation and how to sanitise homes & offices from these cancer causing radiations & waves more

The action points brought out are all in the right direction. Most of these plans are a part of e waste management rules 2016. Hence, if the rules are implemented, there will be drastic reduction in e waste handled by unorganized sector.
However, one of the major lacunae is awareness among citizens including highly educated IT personnel themselves is missing. Hence, bringing awareness is one of the most important necessity. To meet this need, I have brought out all relevant points one would like to know about e waste in my website ewastearkr.wikispaces.com and it would be freely accessible to all.
