Employer not crediting EPF
Dear All,
Please help me out from this drastic situation.
Our employer has not paid last year pf.
Please suggest what we can do.
We 6-7 people already left the company before 7 months back, we are requesting our employer to make pf account regular...but he is not listening.
Please help us...
One more question, can we withdraw a amount currently available in the account..? more

YOU WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES LEFT THIS JOB MUST APPROACH YOUR PREVIOUS EMPLOYER TO DEPOSIT THE REMAINING AMOUNT WITH THE PF LEGALLY. YOU CAN APPROACH THEM WITH THE HELP OF LABOUR OFFICE. WITH REGARD TO WITHDRAW YOUR AMOUNT, IF YOU WITHDRAW YOUR AMOUNT RIGHT NOW, YOU WILL LOOSE THE REMAINING AMOUNT TO BE DEPOSITED BY YOUR PREVIOUS EMPLOYER FOR THE TIME BEING. YOU CAN APPLY AGAIN WHEN THEY DEPOSIT THE REMAINING AMOUNT WHENEVER THEY DO. more

You can take the case to the grievance cell of the your concern circle. First check whether your employer deposit the amount or not.further the matter of withdrawal, you can apply for withdrawal after 2mnths of resignation more

ask the pf officer to check the employer's audit statement where profit and loss is seen or go to grakah court to make it simpler more
