Employer not paying TDS and my salary

While writing to Income Tax office, CEO, DM etc. would happen, I would suggest you secure a job in another company for yourself as well. Since you'll be taking action against the company they for sure are going to find ways to fire you. more  

For TDS you have to inform Income Tax Dept. But dont bother too much about it. For yr salary pl write polite letter to CEO for payment of yr salary within 10 days failing which u will be free to have legal recourse. Still if u fail, issue legal notice through an Advocate. If still u fail to get salary or favourable reply, approach proper court for summery trial of recovery. I wl help if required. Else write to DM, of yr Distt with a complaint nd meet him personally. . U can approach Area State Labour Officer if u r coming under the definition of a '"worker" under Payment of Wages Act otherwise dont waste time. more  

If a survey is conducted, I am sure, some 65%-70% of employers would be found willing defaulters in paying their share of contribution to EPF and harassment of the current or ex-employees. The Central Government should take some effective steps in this matter. more
