Employer not responding
Dear sir,
Please suggest how to clime my EPF, previously am working in REGEN POWERTECH PVT LTD. From 18 Sep 2010 to 30 Nov 2015. And am trying to Withdraw of my PF from 2 years but our employer not responding about this problem,
Problem description:- Company name changed on Mar-15 as Regen infrastructure and services PVT Ltd. Then employer created new UAN number, but they are not giving that number more

Issue a legal notice to the current company, mark a copy to RPFC. If not responded in 15 days, file a criminal complaint against the directors for prosecution for cheating, criminal breach of trust and acting with common objective. Keep PF deduction proof, letter of employment and other service documents handy. Consult an advocate if in doubt. more

Even if the problem persists, after completing the procedure and formalities, write to the Regional Labour Officer with a copy to the Chairman, EPFO, as a complaint. Change in the name of the company also means transfer of assets and liabilities. You may also write to the Secretary to Govt of India, Department of Labour for action on your application. more
