employer not signing the pf form
sir my previous employer is not providing pf form with his company seal so i have submitted my pf form with attestation of bank . so i wanted to know in how many days i will get my pf amount. please reply more

You need to make a complaint to epfo office with all details. Also you can lodge complaint with labour commissioner (welfare) office about the employer. Only this can bring relief to you. more

Business/Industry people are deliberately putting hurdles in the rendering of EPF benefits to the employees. Besides, the employers are also not depositing their share of the contribution. in many cases, and putting employees to great hardship. I would suggest your getting in touch with the region's labour commissioner/officer with your complaint. And, follow up with the RTI enquiry about the status. more

If you know PF number allotted to you and company had deposited PF amount with PF office, you may know the amount and claim from concerned PF office. more

While you had already got your PF form signed from the Bank Manager, it is a easy route to handle the issue. The best would have been to ensure your employer to sign the PF form as it is his basic obligation to have signed it or else should have been taken to task. Please amplify as to why the employer refused to sign the form more

Dear Mr. Virmani.. first of all i would like to thank you for your valuable feedback.. as you asked why employer refused to sign the form so the reason behind is i was working as a contractual employee in government deprt. under his company.. i asked him why he is not giving me form but he never answered my phone calls and refused to tell me the reason whenever i talk to him more

Mr. Sandip first of all you pl.write whether you are working under private sector or Govt. or central govt.Sector .Because the procedure for getting PF amount return from employer is different for diff.sector.If you are open your personnel A/C in bank them you can take your PF amount Immediately.For your information you have not mentioned whether your PF is matured or not. more
