Employment with Entrepreneurship
To eradicate poverty, government should promote small & medium enterprises at district level.
As we all aware that there are lots of opportunity but citizens does not have access to fund which may be in form equity or debt.
Government should look for the schemes/option wherein they can fund citizens to show there entrepreneurship skills.
Access to fund or low cost debt is with the proven industrialist not with the startups.
Moreover, startups would not require large capital to start business, so risk get diverted to many enterprises instead of providing large fund to the big project.
Bank should take corrective step to recover large overdues. Otherwise, credit appraiser/sanction officer should be questioned. more

I agree with your views Abhishek now a days getting a loan from nationalized bank is miracle especially for new business startups the bank ask collateral for an small amount of loan also it shows that it does not trust a indian citizen. what parameter will followed by the bank should they awake them selves from a long sleep & put there hand in liberalization loan policy to a common citizen to improve unemployment. more

A person must study up to matriculation as a general rule. Further studies if undertaken must necessarily because the person is keen to acquire expertise in that field and wants to pursue career in that field, else should be encouraged to take up a suitable trade to enhance his employability. Thus what we need is reduce qualification requirements of general education to that level and add trades training as per-requisite. Simultaneously we must encourage schools to establish suitable workshops for such trades training and have a suitable accreditation program for the same. This will render our work force better suited to employability, including self-employment. Middle classes must get out of white-coller-job mentality and notice that a skilled tradesman earns much better. more
