Encouraging inter caste marriages
Castism is something that is killing India....
We are talking about smart cities..Who will live in those smart cities...People fighting over caste and geography?
Its time to begin with a small experiment ..probably in a small village where intercaste marriage is encouraged and the villagers dont feel the need to go out in search of brides and grooms...
The govt should agressively encourage intercaste marriages and try to reduce the problem of castism in India...
People living in a village will have only caste...Name of village =xyz, caste =xyzwala, xyzkar or anyother thing with a linkage to xyz....
With this the entire equation of castism will vanish over the period of time...Even the surnames should only be Initials...Nitin Mahul can be Nitin M...
I want to see a country where religions may be different but the caste is same...No fighting over castism...We cannot and should not try to merge religions but certainly should try to eradicate castism.....
This will require a aadhar card like drive which is a massive exercise ..
I cannot think of any other option to eradicate castism...

Let there be a movement either by voluntary organisations who ask the people to be caste neutral....Let the volunteers join the movement where we only have one religion and no caste... more

If the castes of all the Hindus is "Hindu",there will be a lot of advantages..Easy to get brides,grooms,no fights on the basis of castes,No reservations on the basis of castes...Equality as everybody would be treated equal... more
