Encroachment on roads in residential area
In NIT Faridabad, it is observed that the residents have encroached almost half the road in front of their residence. Over and above they are parking their vehicles in the center of the road. There is no check on these kind of encroachment or I have never seen any administrative action is being taken against them. It's very difficult to drive on these roads which have become very narrow. more

Even in markets like NIT 1 and NIT 5, it is almost impossible to enter if you are in a vehicle and if you are somehow able to enter, it is impossible to get out. You feel thankful if you are able to come out unscratched. There is no designated parking space and it is free for all. No one seems to care as authorities look the other way. more

The Encroachments are Safety Hazzards and Illegal. A community action should be taken to approach the Courts for redressal. Now Badarpur Bhallabgarh by pass road has many encroachments and increasing by the day ? Is it MCF who is responsible? Or some other local body , please share more

Is not the NIT is every where in Faridabad. Administration is keeping there eyes close since they are only encouraging the encroachment. more

Despite orders passed by High court the officials of Mcf are not taking action as they are hands in gloves with encroachers and unauthorised constructions. I have proof in RTI. contact me we can take them to task. more
