The rehdiwallas have put stalls in so many places in noida, food trucks, gutka wallahas who have set up stalls fearlessly in association with inspectors probably. Can the new administration clean this up. Will the Noida Authority take lead on this or the District Magistrate? more

Padam Law sir there have to discipline? Noida as city consists of seller and consumers. Sellers occupations activity is spread all over footpaths and free spaces outside shop shutters, green belts and even roads leaving one lane for vehicular traffic. There is nothing wrong in having Food-Stalls by the roadside or maybe at designated places. The only thing which needs to be enforced is that the areas must be cleaned by the Stall owners on a daily basis and nothing should be left lying around. See what the other Governments do in their own countries. They have ear-marked places for such food -stalls in every city/ town. The areas are cleaned 2-3 times a day by the stall owners and the garbage is packed in BLACK Polythene bags to be picked up by municipality. See in Bangkok or in Singapore or in KL or anywhere else in the world. more
