Encroachments in Noida
Is there any active effort by Noida Authority to reduce encroachment in Noida. Also the few days back I had gone to drop my son to JBM school in secor 132. There was garbage burning happening on a plot diagonal from jaypee hospital. more

Manglik ji not only encroachments but infringements of construction of bylaws . Houses have becomes tunnels particularly after the induction of multi-storey culture. Roads have been narrowed down, electric poll and telephone polls are shifted, rain water drains are covered. These are the norms in practice. Purposely some loops are left in rules which otherwise logically should not have been there and allowed after collecting handsome amounts more

NOIDA authority does not take any action against encroachments. Encroachment in NOIDA seems to be money spinner for officials in NOIDA authority. Complaint against encroachment goes on deaf years. more

Dharam ji..it is not about center or state..situation is same in Delhi also. All type of encroachment and haftagiri by police and administration is prevalent all over north India..can't comment on other state as I have not seen it. more

UP Govt feels that being in opposition party they need not to participate IN Abhiyan like swachta started by centre Govt. With this type of mentality of states unfortunately the progress of centre is being measured. Most shocking is that employees of Authority are seen first to flop the construction rules and encroachments by building gates ramps and small shallow tanks on the name of water for cows. more

Encroachments are everywhere & NOIDA is not an exception and we all are responsible for it. Just see the row houses in any sector ,how they they have encroached the roads 1st by making garden and putting fencing and there after by parking the vehicles making it difficult for movement. Many residents has made permanent structure in the shape of Generator set, Guard Room etc. Government next steps should be on this illegal encroachments more
