Energise & awake bureaucracy

Bureaucrats must come out of their cocoons & take initiative to inspect their offices, staff & meet people in offices, public platforms & organize camps. more

INDIA STILL AN COUNTRY WITH DEPENDANCE ON AGRO ECONOMY AND RURAL POPULATION. ANY PROJECT/PROGRAM SHOULD BE INCLUSIVE OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT. MAKE IN INDIA, DIGITAL INDIA, STARTUP INDIA ALL PROGRAM FOCUS MORE ON URBAN ENDEAVOR. LIKE SMART CITY PROGRAMS EMPHASIS HAS TO BE GIVEN FOR SMART VILLAGES TOO(ALREADY THE PROGRAMS EXIST SUCH LIKE MEMBER'S OF PARLIAMENT TO ADOPT VILLAGES IN RESPECTIVE CONSTITUENCIES AND DEVELOP THEM IN ALL CORE), SO THAT THE POPULATIONS DO NOT MOVE OUT OF THE LOCAL SOCIETY IN SEARCH OF EMPLOYMENT TO NEARYBY TOWNS AND CITIES. MORE TECH STUDY/RESEARCH INSTITUTES/AGRICULTURE COLLEGES TO BE OPENED AT PAR WITH IIM/IIT TO PROMOTE AGRICULTURE AND THE EDUCATED FROM THESE INSTITUTES SHOULD BE REMUNERATED AT PAR WITH ANY OTHER MAJOR INDUSTRIES. AFTER ALL EVERY HUMAN NEEDS FOOD TO SURVIVE AND SOCIAL HARMONY CAN PREVAIL ONLY WHEN EVERYTHING IS AVAILABLE TO ALL. more
Absolute stoppage of Political interference only can energize and empower Bureaucrats to act and carry the Laws and provisions of the constitution to the general public fully and entirely as enacted without any fear , afraid or any leniency please . If there is no hurdle or obstacle through political intervention at self-rested , the whole Executive will proudely work for carrying the constitutional Benefits to all . more
Bureaucrats should also survey their offices after office hours to detect illegal activities like drinking & gambling. On taking charge of an office I found 50/60 bottles of liquor and warned staff not to continue with illegal activities. more
Bureaucrats should also survey their offices for disposal of junk to generate extra revenue for Government. more
