One of my friends visits Australia as his son is residing there. He shares about cleanliness there. He says: Every household is responsible for cleaning the space in front of her/his house. If that space is dirty, the authorities come and charge a fine. If fine is paid, it is OK but if fine is not paid, a notice is pasted on the gate of the house and fine is deducted from the bank account of the householder as all bank accounts are known to the Government . Now, most of the bank accounts are linked with Aadhar Card, this practice can be successful and all the localities will remain neat and clean. more
