Shikhaji and Friends, This is a good OUT OF BOX point raised by Ms.Shikhaji. Let me just take you all in the back drop of a scheme announced by almost all state govts. in the name "NEW ENTERPRENURE " UNDER THE STATE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, STATE INDUSTRIAL INVESTMENT CORPORATION , STATE FINANCIAL CORPORATION. TO PROMOTE INDUSTRIAL GROWTH, PROVIDING PLATFORMS TO NEW ENTERPRENURES TO SET UP THIR OWN SMALL OR MEDIUM SCALE UNITS (TODAY WHICH IS NAMED AS SMSE, OR OTHER NAMES) WAY BCK IN 1965-69, I was also that time a bubbling energetic aspirant of such enterprenureship project to set up 100% export oriented Semi- Finished leather and have applied for the loan of just 3 lakhs of rupees. I kept on waiting and struggling for almost 5 yars to get the sanction order,during that time i was also working in govt promoted fertilizer project so no much stress affected me in any way , except sometimes thinking why the project proposal is not cleared. So what I advise the budding entreprenures not to solely depend on it but keep doing what you are best at and side by side keep trying for your enterprenureship . Though my project proposal has 100% world market for exports , so I had no worry to sale my products, even before ii put up a factory the buyers were making prior orders to purchase entire production. In short the central idea of this story is ,what product line is most importnat in any business. If one wnats to be one among the hurd of heeps than what Ms. Shikhaji has said may affect otherwise nothing of tht sort can perhaps affect like wise. Most of our country's enteerprenures fall in to te trap of Selectign wrong product line and then search or struggle for market, instead of that if enough time is taken in selection of a product line, for e.g; the import substitute products, the export oriented product line which has ever green market potential, buyrs keep on searching manufacturers( I am not referring pharma or dyes products or some pumps and machines) there is tremendous scope for exporting some types of vegetable oils which are used for manufacturing Bio Diesel, ( like CRUDE DEGUMMED RAPE SEED OIL) , THERE ARE SOPOME CHEMICALS WHICHARE NOT PRODUCED IN INDI AAND THERE IS NEARLY 20-30 % SHORT FALL IN THE WORD CAPACITY OF TOTAL PRODUCTION-ACRYLIC ACID- the CATALYSTS USED IN OIL REFINING, PETROCHEMICAL MANUFACTURRING . WE IMPORT IT 100% PAYING IN USD. Similarlay there is huge market potential fr ndian enterprenures to sale their products in latin AMERICAN COUNTRIES, AFRICAN COUNTRIES, AND SOME OTHER GROUP OF COUNTRIES, BUT WE ARE NEVER ADVENTUROUS IN THE INDUSTRIAL LINES LIKE CHINA, YOU NAME THE PRODUCT AND THEY HAVE IT AND TO DAY WE SEE OUR COUNTRY IS FLOODED WITH MANY SMALL IEMS PENETRATED RIGHT UPTO OUR VILLAGES. WHY AND HOW? WHEN WHERE HW AND WHY IF WE KEEP ON ASKING OR DEBATING AND PUTTING IN ACTION OUR ENTERPRENURES HAVE NOT TO FACE ALL THOSE PONTS AS SHOWN IN THE ATTACHMENT ,OFCOURSE SOM UP DOWNS MAY COME BUT MAINLY BECAUSE OF WRONG PRODUCT AND TECHNOLOGY SELECTION. I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY OF THE LOCAL CIRCLE MEMBERS WILL BE EVEN INTERESTED TO READ AND COMMENT ON THIS( BECAUSE ONFFSAI, ON GST ON MANY OTHER ISSSUES THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF PARTICIPANTS BUT ON SUCH ISSUES THE MEMEBS SHOWS LESS INEREST.
