EODB rankings
Is India's EODB ranking accurate? See attached. We would have been at 132 had world bank not changed its parameters plus it was only a Mumbai delhi survey. Not a true reflection of state of affairs. We should have honest discussion on 5 things that must be done to really achieve EODB more

Personally feel that change of parameters by WB is not influenced by anybody. If the parameters have been changed it is for one and all based on changed scenario. However, in case of India this may not reflect exact position of the entire country as the samples have been picked up from 2 states only. Still we can stress and impress on the other state govts to fall in line with these 2 states. In no way achievement should be undermined more
