EPF account of my daughter
My daughter who is working in private sector has pf accounts with one trustee managed and another EPFO .
EPFO managed company says balance has been remiited to trust managed company but trust managed company is not showing the amount remitted by epfo managed company.Response from both of them is lukewarm. What should be done more

Hi, Yes in the EPF maintained by the Trust they will only maintain EPF only. EPS have to be accounted with Local PF office. While submission of Forms we have to submitform 19 to trust account and 10C to PF office thro your ex- company. On processing of your form you will get EPF from trust account and EPS from PF office who is maintaining this account. ( you have not informed how many years your daughter has been worked in this- depends on the service claim forms are also change) Thanks G KUMAR 9841358390 more

Visit http://epfigms.gov.in/ and Click on the Register Grievance to register EPF complaints. To lodge the complaint you must have your EPF UAN number. This has been made mandatory from 1 January 2016. more

Ok same is my case but the trustee operated EPF of my bank says that there has been some anomaly with my PF accounts as the same has been opened twice. And I can not even reach out to the Govt EPF office, as I am staying at Delhi and my previous PSB posting was at Mumbai. more

Go to concerned PF office where your previous employer PF account is maintained and ask for copy of settlement details with annexure-K and payment details. The EPFO will oblige and give the details, then approach the trust to verify their accounts with the data your received from EPFO. Even after that also you PF Trust is not responding, then lodge a complaint with epfo portal under employee services- lodge grievance tab in Home page. more
