EPF delaying
Hi everyone,
I have a query that when I can get the PF amount within 10 days of submitting the form personally in the PF office then why the companies like HCL taking 2-3 months to get this done ....while the PF office is doing that in much lesser time.
Is there anything which can be done , as the company is not ready to give the form to submit that personally, why we people have to go as per the company norms when this can be done by the government separately. more

Myself worked with Apollo Tyres more then 11 yrs as per pensionscheme I have Not found /Receive scheme certificate on which P.F. suppose to issue/give me monthly Or qtrly pension ,please help me out ,where i suppose to approch for said problem As well at that time P.F.office were locate at Nehru Place New Delhi alongwith Our H.O.Apollo Tyres but now H.O.shifted at Gurgaon Sec 32 ,and P.F. most probabaly At Dwarika New Delhi (As per H.R.people told me on telephonic discussion) Please let me know about further procedure for getting my scheme certificate for future Pension My employee code were 5144 PF A/c DL/5595/909 , Regards Rakesh Mishra New Delhi more

this is due to babu's play every where the same game for submission of forms as well as correct guidance. more

Dear Vikrant, It may be chances of employee to rejoin the company after giving resignation. Also vis a vs chances of employer can continue you on higher salary. Hence there is waiting period of 2 months. Means after 2 months of left the job, you can apply for PF withdrawal. more

As per the Govt. rules, the withdrawal forms needs to be signed & certified by the Employer. So the forms should go through the employer only. alternate is there in case the employer closed the organization, you may get your forms certified by your banker, where you have bank account. or any Govt. Doctor. You need the company vigorously and get the work done fast and take back the form after signature or authorisation and deposit personally by you. you will get it fast in that way more
