EPF i Grievance Management System (EPFiGMS)
EPFiGMS is a customised portal of EPFO with an aim to redress grievances for the services provided by EPFO. Grievances can be lodged at any place and will land in concerned office to which the grievances pertain. Grievances can be sent to Head office at New Delhi or to any of the 135 field offices across India.
Every employee should have PPF a/c where his contribution should be credited. The amount can be managed by PF deptt. for investment only. As such, EPFhas outlived its utility with change of time and their inability to keep pace with technology. Employee money should remain within his control.

Not much use full .... In Big cases they just Loitering into the case as they are very fear to take action against Big Corporate houses.... Rest for small issue like KYC, exit date etc they act fast...For ABG Shipyard Ltd. Mumbai - Company has not paid PF amount for 4 Years but NO ACTION taken (Being Very Powerful person Rishi Agarwal) concerned yet so that Employees can receive all pending dues as on date and time... Here your EPFiGMS system should work not just for showoff.

Just a procedure to fool members and their waste of time. If grievance is not resolved then we need to address to higher authority. there is no higher authority. Usually grievance is closed within 72 hours with out resolution, only a phone number is mentioned which is never answered. This is a fact and i am sorry to place this on record.

dear sir, the higher authority for any public grievance including EPF etc. is through central public grievance portal( pgportal.gov.in). Ihave used this for my epf grievance and problem was solved within a month.

E mails are just for dustbin as it appears EPFO has not started looking to Mails in box. They need to be trained by EPFO to see & make use in routine. If you send mail, it is never replied for any matter or subject. Govt. thought of using e Mails for efficiency but not appears to have reviewed it implementation.We don't know when it is scheduled, may be in fourth term. Presently there appears no plan & for third no manifesto is prepared. All matters are taken up as per manifesto for public convenience. Public should raise demand so that it may be included in next manifesto. It is the right time for this demand as drafting of manifesto would start shortly.

I do agree with Ranjeet Dubey in confirming that the grievance redressal by EPFO is absolutely worst than in any other Govt offices. No one cares about the services rendered by us when employed. I really regret for having become a member of EPFO.
