Dear Kelkar, EPF Interest is calculated on monthly running balance i.e Your EPF Contribution for salary Month March 2015 deposited in April 2015 will get 12 months interest as on 31/03/2016 and likewise EPF Contribution for salary Month April 2015 deposited in May 2015 will get 11 months interest as on 31/03/2016 more

Dear Renu, if you have withdrawn all the EPF amount, it will not be possible to revive the Account. However if you are not employed at present but want to have have a EPF - UAN ( Universal Account Number) , you can apply online without requirement of an employer.
