EPF Pension Not getting
Hi , After death of father, we submitted the relevant documents at epf office at cuddapah..andhra pradesh...for change the bank account to mothers account..after that we didnt getting the pension from past one year...kindly suggest how to get the arrears and current pension...

You need to deposit three sets of 10 D Forms duly authenticated from the Employer of your Father along with family photograph of your mother and also Aadhar Card / Correct Bank Details which are further required to be duly signed by the Claimant. on the basis of old pattern your mother may be eligible for half monthly pension or as the case may after the death of the Member. EPFO will release the total arrears of the Pension of your father and also mother within 30 days or otherwise after the service of notice to the said effect, she can file Consumer Complaint before the DCDRF u/s 12 of CPA-1986 of appropriate jurisdiction along with IPO of Rs.100. Besides the fixation of monthly pension and payment of arrears of Pension, the Complainant must claim replenishment of damages of Rs. There is no pressure in the government office at EPF to settle your account. The files may be sleeping at somebodies desk.It iis a common fact that periodic followup is rwequired. Even if you do not want to part with money to settle it you must visit their office at your convenience and remind the officer handling your case to get it discharged quickly. You may in this case write a registered letter with ack due to the providend fund commisioner expressing your difficultyand delay in your case. other wise please raise and RTO. more

is there pension called EPF Pension. I thought EPF is Employees provident Fund and this is payable in lumpsum at the end of service or to the legal heir or the nominee. Needs more clarification. more
