EPF transfer

I am facing a problem regarding my EPF transfer. I worked in a company(A) where pf was deducted, then I left that company and joined a new one(B) which also deducted pf. My UAN was generated by my former employer(A). I processed through online channel to transfer my pf from previous(A) to my new account(B). But the process was slow and before completing the process I joined another company(C). Now the online status shows that the transfer is completed to my new account(B,which is again my previous account) after approval by my old company(A). But when asked at the pf office through a middle man, they did not acknowledge any receipt of money in the name of PF transfer to my account. The status still shows, money is transferred but not realised by respective office. I don't exactly know, where my money is. Please help me out with any valuable suggestions. more

first get PF number from all 3 company. Even if you have UAN Number each co gets it registration number under which they allot individual account no. You can also link all account to single UAN and then transfer all amount to latest account no. more
thanks again for your response, specially Mr. Sanjiv Kumar. My first company A is linked with the UAN, the second company asked my UAN no and probably linked with it, I am not sure. I have checked by downloading passbook and sms pf balance service, but only the amount of my A company is visible, not the amount of the company B, whereas online status shows that amount is transferred to my account when I was in B company. I am confused. PF offices do not answer calls, helpline no.s are also of little use. more
Hi Hitendra, if possible, share me your complete details along with your f&f ans salary slip from your previous organisation. Also, have u checked your UAN. How many PF accounts are linked to it. Also have u checked the online pf balance using your sms service. You can share your details at kmr.sanjeev@gmail.com. Also, if you do not feel comfertable sharing ur details, go thru the pf balance option n passbook details online. more
Thanks for your responses. But the practical problem in approaching personally is that, I am working at a remote place in Gujarat, Bhuj and my previous employers pf office was at Vashi, Mumbai. I am trying to lodge a complaint through mail or phone but no one is responding. I do not know whether they have linked my pf account to my UAN or not. Also recently, I got my form 16 from that company but they did not show the deducted pf amount in it. The general tendency of companies is that(barring an honest few), they do not give a damn about the problems of their ex employees even if it is related to them. I am at a loss. more
Hi do u have a common UAN for all your account. If yes then you can check the status of all your PF deposits by using passbook oprion. If No then you need to reach out the companies who have not linked your pf account to your UAN or have generated new UAN. The probability of this is a bit low. Also if you still do not get ant clarity on this. Approach your PF office in person and meet the CRM officer for further clarification. more
