EPF withdrawal Pain & mental igony
HI all,
I just want to know how can we know if our epf claim forms are submitted to epf authority or not by our previous employer? as I have submitted withdrawal forms with cancelled cheque to my previous employer, and following for status.. but no answer if they have sent it to epf office or not...4

There are certain guidelines for withdrawal. It cannot be withdrawn as and when you like. You can check with the employer to whom you have submitted as to whether you can withdraw. If correct, get acknowledgement and reference details with the employer and follow it up with PF authorities more

you can check your claim status from the following link http://epfoservices.in/homepage_claim_status_new.php . also you can raise a grievance ticket by providing required detail, respective PF officials will respond to your ticket within in 15 days. before raising grievance request get confirmation from your previous employer once. if you did not get any response formPF office raise RTI request, they will surely respond to your ticket. RTI is best option to know the PF status. Mr. Baban is right.You ask for the receipt of forms having been deposited.You would get information on your mobile you have given as contact Noin the form. more

First of all one should know the process. When you say you submitted claim forms it means currently you are in employment with another employer. Then how you can you withdraw? You can get the PF contributions and Pensions contributions transferred to the present account by submitting Form 13 (R) through your present employer. Kindly ensure that name should exactly match with what you submitted earlier and you need not have to go your previous employer. Better you submit Form 13(R) through your present afresh more

While we will physical submit the PF Withdrawals form, we obtained a Receipt for the same. & will receive a message on our registered mobile no. that your claim form is submitted to our office. more
