EPF Withdrawl
As I have worked with a Pune Based Company from 2002 to 2009 later I have travelled to to Gulf and my EPF is in Maharashtra State. Now I want to withdraw the amount which I have saved . Should I ask my previous employer to certify the withdraw / or else should I write to the concern authorities at PUNE EPF organisation? more

Please note- since it is more than 5 years since you left your previous employer your PF account will now be inactive. So better withdraw as soon as you can more

You mentioned that you worked till 2009 so it seems you do not have UAN and also Aadhar may not be linked. For you the only option is to work with your previous employer only if the employer still exists else you can check with concerned PF office. more

You need to submit for 19 and 10C, can down load from EPF website, sit with your previous employer, fill up all the details, sign and give to your previous employer, they will put their seal and signature and give back to you. then you need to submit to EPF Office and take acknowledgement. And if you working presently in India and if PF is deducted then you cannot withdraw, you can only transfer. If so, then you can use the transfer form (this also can be downloaded from EPF website) and submit to the EPF Office, will be transferred to your Present EPF. more
