I was going on PF portal and claim for withdrawal but they want date of leaving with digital signature. In that case how I can withdrawal my PF more

Mr. Shah, Now for online PF withdrawal process, it is mandatory to put Date of Exit on PF portal by your employer, without which you can not see the Online withdrawal Form. Hence, you need to contact payroll team of your Organization, then they put your DOE & reason of leaving. Hope your KYC is being approved by respective authority & your employer. more

The employers in India are largely not cooperating with the leaving or left employees in providing the information required by EPFO. This is the biggest hurdle in settling EPF cases, as the EPFO does not take action against the employers. The Govt of India should appreciate that both EPFO and the Labour Ministry are under the same administrative ministry. This is another reason of accumulating unclaimed money, that ultimately leads to illegally divert to The Finance Act 2015 instead of to the Consumer Welfare Fund under CPA 1986. more
