Epfo negligence
Epfo has nothing to do with employee.onky schemes are there.i have written so many times to PF office vashi,Navi Mumbai, New Delhi, but no response .thing is that at the age of 60 yrs,in my new service , my family pension share was deducted, while pension is not applicable,it's RS 27000/, no interest on it since 2009.no reply . more

First your employer should not deduct any money without your concent , pf department is huge it can’t keep track of anything , more

Mr. Singh's narrative is not very clear. It is silent on whether he started get his pension since his retirement. If yes, does he know the details of pension calculation ? whether his employer has deposited his contribution with PF office. Has he got any statement from his employer or PF office. Has he or the employer submitted the claim for his PF and pension in the required forms ? With his UAN, he can check on PF site the status which is possible only if KYC details are updted in PF site. If answer is yes for all the above, he must vist PF office personally to know the exact status. Of late, nodal officers at PF officer, do help a lot. If not successful, he can lodge a compliant with North Block which will yield some respone. He can also ask for details under RTI Act. more

If Family pension is recovered from your new job then write to your employer. What will PF office do. Just msrk a copy to them. Your employer might not even have deposited the same with EPFO. more
