EPFO Plans Aadhaar linked Withdrawal Services
According to a news item in Economic Times of 1st October 2016 Retirement fund body EPFO will launch a host of Aadhaar-linked online services such as PF withdrawal and pension fixation for its 4 crore subscribers by the end of this fiscal. “The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) will soon launch a host of Aadhar-linked services like PF withdrawals and pension fixation for its subscribers to facilitate such faster transactions for their benefit,“ EPFO Central Provident Fund Commissioner V P Joy said at a conference on social security organised by PHDCCI here.

Some members they may object to the linking of Aadhar. SC also said that Aadkhar linking cannot be made mandatory. But according to me, linking with Aadhar, will alleviate minor problems faced by the members, but at the same time it should also be ensured rhat the name what was mentioned at the time of becoming member, should exactly reflect in the Aadhar. Any how a good move, everybody should support it. more

MrPandeji.: I noted your personal thanks to EPFC Mr. VP Joy for his acceptance of your suggestion. Pl.also suggest the EPFP , Mr.Roy to release the enhanced pension as per the SC order in the case submitted by the Mil ma Employees Association, Kannur Unit. based on the above SC order all EPFP are eligible to get pension based on their last Salary drawn. Pl.understand that parliament is supreme in all matters and not I or you or any other officials especially money matters.I have got many request from many pensioners and I have endorsed the same to our many a time. Now more invest has been made in the share market to increase the revenue perhaps pension may be increased and pension fund loss may be recouped. I may be excused by the Local Manager in this regards as I know the feelings of our members who are draing pension even below Rs.300/pm. Pandeji pl.excuse me. more

Sir I feel most of our pensioners have already complied with this requirement in response to earlier notification including myself but still there were many have not complied with the requirement as per the order by court that Adar is compulsory only on one or two items as it was not approved by the Parliament and made it as a law. Now I understand President" assent has been received and became law for many items including Pension payment. But my doubt is that those who have responded the earlier notification and complied with the formalities, why their cases pension is with held is to be explained by the Authority because most of such pensioners could not buy medicines due to non receipt of Pension money today. more

THIS IS GOOD IDEA OF EPFO, HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE DONE SOON. I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO EPFO, BECAUSE LOT OF HARDSHIP FACED BY MEMBERS WILL BE REDUCED TO MAXIMUM EXTENT. more
