Epilepsy Question

Hello All,

I need help on my wife's Epilepsy issue. She didnt have any history of this but in 2007 she fell from full stairs and hit the iron door but that time she didnt tell anything about this and very easily stood up and came over. Then after 7 days, when she was sitting, she had the first ever epileptic attack, even I was new to it so was not able to make it what was it and the moment when I was trying to figure it and help her, she fell from bed to the floor hitting her forehead and after that we had her medication done by first homoeopathic doctor which didn't prove to be beneficial as her attacks were not in control so we headed for Allopathic treatment and in 2010 Dec we started her treatment with Dr. P. K. Sethi (Neurologist/Neurosurgeon) of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. He did EEG, CT Scan and then MRI Scan too. All the reports came out to be Perfectly flawless but then he started Tegrital CR200 and Frisium 10mg Tablets. Since then we had not been to the doctor as we shifted to Bangalore due to my work and now again we are back to Delhi and still she is having these 2 medicines on. One thign I would like to share is that sometimes she had left the medication for 5 days and then she got the attack as well but no major attack so far. The way her attacks/fits starts is that she starts rubbing her teeth and says our GOD's name and in sometimes she starts to see on one side with her eyes also seeing there only but to counter this what I do is that I fetch a glass of water and immediately when she starts off, and forces the water in her mouth to whcih she responds well and then the fit gets failed. So this si the practise that we are following as of now. But this had made her a bit changed in her ways that she had become more "chirchiri". Please help us, We all 3 would be highly highly obliged to everybody. more
