EPS (Employee Pension Scheme) Rejected

I was working with a Private Company Tata Docomo between 08/08/2007 to 17/04/2017 as parmanent employee. It was exactly 9 years 8 months that I worked with them. I got Relieved on a good note (Golden Handshake). I have submitted all my PF & EPS documents to company corporate office Mumbai. Corporate office submitted the EPS claims to RPFO on 16/04/2017. Deatil is given below:

I have received my PF but when I checked the EPS claim detail status it has been rejected due to SUBMIT ONLINE REQUEST FOR NAME CORRECTION SINCE IS SERVICE MORE THAN 9 YEARS 6 MONTHS ADVISED TO OP/OK.

As per my knowledge EPS policy more than 9 years and 6 months counted as 10 years and I am eligible to get my EPS .I have not received my EPS yet. I need to know if I will get my EPS or not. I have sent them multiple E-mails but have not received a response from them the company. Please Update....
