The amount not credited to your EPF account, goes into unclaimed and unrefunded money account with EPFO, which after some time is transferred illegally by the Govt of India to The Finance Act 2015 by inserting the Chapter VII for use as Senioir Citizens' Welfare Fund where it will be distributed for political gains only. The Government of India is treating this personal money of consumers as revenue their revenue, and using the channel of The Finance Act 2015 meant for preparing annual Union Budget and utilising the taxes/revenue earned in the last year. more
EPS is with the Govt ( P.F). If your service is less than 10 years you can seek withdrawal. If you continue to work somewhere else the same can be transferred to your account. If you have already put more than 10 years and your age is above 58 then you can claim life time pension. If your age is less than 58 then you can seek reduced pension. I suggest to seek pension after the age of 58 to get full pension. more
Four yrs have passed since I left a central PSU(ONGC) after working for 24yrs(May90-July14).Yet I am waiting for my UAN (12digit) forget my dues till now Atul Chattree more
Sir if u are working in PSU then your account cones under your PF No not under UAN number more
If you are less than 50years old and you are going to another company, your previous company will issue "Scheme Certificate" which you can register at the local PF office of the new company area. The amount will get added to the EPS deductions from the new company. Also after 50 years of age you are eligible for availing the monthly pension ( optional ). more
Subject to service period of minimum of 10 Years , you can withdraw eps fund but 20% eps fund carry with the govt & all eps fund withdraw after 58 year. more
