Dear Sir, Thanks for your Equality issue. Please find my view about equality.Look forward your support on it and Trust you all will support and share your views. Equality in India. I personally feel that there is no equality in India for anything. Neither in Education, Employment, nor any areas ,Trust all of you will agree on my thoughts given below AND REQUEST YOUR SUPPORT. I would like to state that Government is having reservation in every field and reservation rules are not equal. There is NON CREAMY LAYER certificates are requirement for OBC and other reservation cast. Why there is no such NON CREAMY LAYER CERTIFICATES is not applicable for BC,SC,ST ?? It should be applicable to those all BC,SC,ST, also, because the family who has taken the advantages of such reservation since last 60-70 years up to their third generation even though they are getting the salary of more than 50-1Lacs.PM and not only one person but every member of family earning that much .How we can say /govt. can say and consider they are from lower community ? SO, I have a suggestion that every cast should be consider in Creamy Layer and applied strongly as per the govt. rules for school, college admissions, job and every place. Advantage if this system would be Poor from every cast would get the good education, jobs and they can become well settled, instead on only some families those who have taken the advantage of the system. more

You are Exactly correct. Equality was diversified at selfish Political interests . S.C. directed the true meaning of Equality i.e., maintaining Equal opportunity to all the classes and places of Citizen which in deed mandate restricted special provisions through selected relaxations, Subsidies etc., to make uniformity in Status of living at par with different Classes and Communities .
This is why, the S.C. in 3 different Judgments even directed to delete the provisions of Reservations, Relaxations and Subsidies etc., from those already reached a status above the poor and poorest of the Poor.
The Ruling Political Parties of the Nation did not mandate the States to implement Creamy layer and also ignored revision for every 5 months to assess and delete those fall above the poor i.e., Backward classes and Weaker Sections .
Even the they had created inequality with the award of unjustified additional Property Right to Female while they already enjoying the Share from Husband' Family added to their Pasupu Kumkuma/Gift at the time of Marriage from Maternal side [ Parents ] . Here also the ISSUE OF EQUALITY WAS APPLIED WITHOUT JUSTIFIED ANALYSIS but, simply addressed with the Textual meaning of the Article of Equality .
There are other types of inequalities set through article 19 Clause 1 while the deprived are to get justice through court of law paying multiple Fee, Charges etc.,
Added to this, in spite of S.C. Specific derivations on article 39 A for Free legal Aid to those deprived under various laws, JUST FOR KEEPING THE RULE UNTOUCHED WITH LAW AND JUSTICE .
THUS, the earlier Governments had totally mislead the issue of Equality and Equal Opportunity USING THE OTHER SIDE OF POLITICAL DEMOCRACY . Equality or Discrimination shall not result in either Social unrest or insecurity. The issue of Widow Marriage, restrictions on Divorce and Devolution of Marriage are also forms set for Social Safety under Family System. The Gender-sharing thus stands as the Unique means of Living Safe and Secured while Gender individualism can never fulfill the concept and objective of livelihood in the universe that definitely need un-destructed practice Human Morals and Sharing Safe and Secured Life which is a must for every one . more
