Concept of Dr. Ambedkar is "Below poverty line Citizens , handicap, weak should be supported . Everyone should be uplifted irrespective of any discrimination ." Article 16 [4], 15[4], 41, 45, 46 and 47 were inserted with specific words and directions. But, political power Thirst resulted in gross neglect of these. They even ignored Supreme Court direction of 1963 AND NOW TO BE REFORMED AT THE INTEREST OF POOR STILL STRIVING AND also at the interest of National Economy . A. 1. Constitutional Guarantees of : EQUALITY of status and of opportunity was diversified at political interest using different Communities creating ever rivalry. 2. Guarantee of maintaining FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual was preferred at individual interests of those supporting Political Parties and Politicians. 3. JUSTICE, Social, Economic and, Political also was set away from Ethics of Socialistic Democracy. 4. LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship were set maintainable only for those Activists, Rich/Muscle power Groups while the issue of " Unity and integrity of the Nation " was also lead to dilution and devolution. THUS, THE GUARANTEES OF THE CONSTITUTION HAVE HAD BEEN MISCARRIED AND ALLOWED FOR MISUSE . B. Article 14 of Equality ; 41 for right to work, to education and to public assistance of deserving classes also deviated from its objective and concept . C. Article 15 , Prohibition of discrimination on the grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth ALSO WAS DRESSED TO MAINTAIN DIVISION BETWEEN THESE CLASSES and the only reason is opting the Castes in place of Classes under Articles 16]4], 15[4] , 46 and, 340 . The Indian Politicians and, the Executive being so powerful, wisely kept away JUDICIARY from Executive to escape from the People' s/Citizen's Revolutions for the CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATES while keeping the Judiciary powerless, insufficient and inadequate decades together . D. There are many Supreme Court Judgments on the Principles of Rule , Method of Governance and public administration , System of People's Life Lead Provisions . In particular, AIR 1963 SC 649 ; AIR 1992 SC 1858 ; AIR 1983 SC 98 ; {1994} 1 SCC 243 stands as strict directives . Through S.C. [1995] 3 SCC 635 directed for working on the Uniform Civil Code under Article 44 WHILE THEY HAD CLEARLY NOTIFIED THE MENACE OF INDIAN WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN . Through AIR 1983 SC 624 Supreme Court notified that S.C. is the Responsible Body for implementation of Constitutional Provisions WHILE THOSE UNDER THE SUPPORT OF above said Politicians and Executive argued that Supreme Court cannot implement itself . This indeed is the great challenge to the Democracy and Indian Constitution WHILE THE COUNTRIES RUNNING BY MILITARY HAS ALSO PLACED JUDICIARY FULLY EMPOWERED FOR JUSTICE to that Country and its people . E. THUS, THE DEEP REGRET OF DR. B. R. Ambedkar on Castes and Communities ; deep interest on Socialistic Economic Democracy ; Great Concern of FRATERNITY amidst composite culture like Anglo Indian : Tribal Areas ; Scheduled Areas ; and, the various Religions and Castes, races . Certain issues pertaining to Female Gender that were recently opted and preferred by these POLITICIANS FOR VOTE BANK INTEREST INDEED FURTHER DIVIDING AND CREATING RIVALRY EVEN BETWEEN ' MEN ' and " FEMALES " . The recently increasing Divorce Issues, Suicide and Provoked/Created Suicides of both Men , and , Female ; Rapes and unlawful Consents ARE THE PROOF OF DESTRUCTION OF " FRATERNITY " Peace and Pleasantness and , even the Family in India . more
